Responsible for promoting products and services by designing new strategy's, developing and managing relationships, and increasing the distribution network of local authorities, national governments and road safety partners, negotiating contracts and service levels.

Simon is responsible for maintaining the company strategy and regulatory standards on financial crime, ensuring that all appropriate mechanisms and processes are used effectively throughout the business to protect our customers, staff and the company. Working closely with all units of the business and external agencies, Simon continues to seek new processes and technology that can assist in predicting and identifying incidents of fraud, along with the accurate reporting of any incidents when identified.

Responsible for promoting products by designing new strategy's, developing and managing relationships to increase the distribution network, including price comparison websites and add-on providers, negotiating contracts and service levels.Responsible for the Premium Finance relationship and negotiation of a £multi-million contract for financing customers insurance policies, conducting regular review meetings to ensure business commitments were met, improvements made and business / customer issues were resolved promptly. Regularly analysed sales data to ensure on-going business growth and identifying areas for improvement and opportunity.

As Road Safety Manager, Simon works with colleagues to design innovative ways to provide excellent education to potential new and young drivers to make them aware of the dangers and pleasures of driving, giving them to tools to improve their skills and influence attitudes. These techniques have been proven to be effective and reduced the rate of incidents and loss of life and been honoured with awards from within the insurance and road safety industry's. Simon also works closely with local authorities and emergency services to develop / deliver a high standard of road safety education in schools / colleges in the UK and Europe. Simon represents insurethebox as a member of the Parliamentary Advisory Committee on Transport Safety and associated working forums.
