Simon’s sound technical abilities enable him to successfully integrate mechanical, electrical, structural, tenders/consents and other elements into his designs as well as account for the unique requirements of building materials/systems. He has an eye for good design and ability to translate ideas onto paper to show clients and builders and enable great outcomes on projects. A strong collaborator, Simon works well in a team environment (as many designs are the work of more than one architect). This enables good communication and a greater likelihood of meeting key KPIs, particularly around programme and budget.
