• Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls on behalf of management• Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments• coordinating UK and International travel, transport and accommodation• Organising events and conferences on behalf of the business• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and minutes• Managing databases and filing systems• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems• Liaising with internal colleagues , external suppliers and clients• Collating and filing expenses on behalf of the management team• Assisting business operations when support is required

• Support the General Manager in managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits,• Motivate and inspire team through a genuine passion for hospitality,• Manage the restaurant in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures,• Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and implement a high level of superior guest service,• Maximise profits by controlling food, beverage and labour costs.

• Overseeing delivery of consistent quality customer experiences in all areas of the hotel, ensure all team members understand customer needs.• Control of all costs and stock to ensure hotel profitability.• Responsible for high standards of health & safety and hygiene• Contributing to initiatives to develop business, improve staff skills and guest satisfaction• Observe and monitor team member’s performance to make sure that company rules and procedures are being followed.• Coordinate front-office duties and resolve problems regarding both team members and customers.• Schedule work activities and communicate duties and hours to staff. • Coach staff on how to do the job and motivate them to finish projects.• Carry out on going team member disciplinary investigations within the business• Uphold the law as set out in the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and Smoke free Environments Act 2003.
