Coordination of hardware and software developments resulting in a consolidated coherent overall development plan.Implementation of Make/Buy strategic decisions for key building blocks.Lobbying (internal and external) to secure funding required to implement roadmaps in order to remain commercial attractive within the market.Formation and leadership of transnational consortiums involving industry and acedemia for institutional proposals and research opportunities.

Responsible for development and qualification of cutting edge digital processor for Space. Managing ASIC, FPGA and software development. Management of multiple customer interfaces, both external commercial customers and institutional customers. Reporting and presentation to internal and external senior management. Responsible for cost control and reporting, as well as leading root cause investigation and resolution of complex technical issues.Implementation of Agile methodologies for software development, utilising Scrums and Sprints to acheive required goals.Leading advanced concept feasibility studies.

Product Assurance (Quality) Engineer for world leading RF Product Portfolio. Working transnationally in a customer facing role to ensure customer quality requirements were fully met. Excellent grounding in quality fuundamentals for the Space industry. Addtional responsibilty of Lean Manager, leading a multi-disciplined team to implement a successsful continuous improvement mindset resulting in significantly improved yields, delivery schedules and costs.
