Including the delivery of an organisational policy, a strategic framework, a supporting system, a communications strategy and a learning and development programme.• Being a primary stakeholder in the successful achievement of organisational Quality Improvement Council accreditation.• Management of an organisational wide policy mapping project aimed at identifying all policies, procedures, work instructions and forms, to eliminate duplication.• Collaboration in the development and production of a Community Engagement Strategy and organisational policy based on an in-depth literature review, gap analysis and community mapping exercise.• Representing Anglicare SA as a South Australia Government Strategic Plan Alliance Member and construction of KPI's for the organisation which link the organisation’s strategic plan to actions and targets within the state plan. • Developing an organisational-wide KPI framework.
