My main responsibilities were to work with clients making sure that they are maximising there potential, giving sales reports on products enabling them to change slow moving lines to improve profitability.Developing Seasonal and Regional products so we are using ingredients that have regional provenance.I have developed a number of new product ranges for customers, they provide a brief I will then go and develop a range of new products to present to the client at a set date. This involves sourcing ingredients from approved suppliers, costings for all products as well as developing packaging and labels. Working with my Technical department making sure that all new products comply with current legislation and all Npd procedures are covered in the process.Ensuring that production staff have been trained and have been briefed on any new ingredients and product assembly sheets. The production team complete the factory trials well before the Launch date.
