Key Responsibilities / Achievements • Providing daily EPOS support to over 140 Brantano UK and over 100 Jones Bootmaker stores.• Implementing and supporting back-end changes to the StorePlus EPOS system.• Improved efficiency of EPOS system by reducing system / store databases by 66%. This in turn reduced new store build times by 40%.• Providing support to both the Jones and Brantano warehouse functions.• Escalating issues to 3rd Line and liaise with third parties to ensure SLA are met.• Maintaining and improving network within Head Office including the setup / management of VLANs and WANs to the stores/suppliers.• Installing and migrating servers from physical to a virtual platform and moving some VMs from Eastbourne to Leicester• Deploying new PC hardware for users using WDS to install standard client software.• Earned ‘Head Office Outstanding Individual’ award in 2012.

Working with the Jones Bootmaker IT Manager, I was responsible for providing all levels of IT support to the business. This included general administration functions such as user creation / deletion, access authorisations and distribution and control of I.T and Telecommunications hardware and software.
