The answer is Yes now what is the question? There is always a solution to any problem and whatever organisation I have been a part of I have always relished the challenge of working towards finding that solution. I have been fortunate and privileged to work with some extremely talented people over the years and I have enjoyed the feeling of confidence that comes from working with a team of like-minded subject matter experts. I really enjoy the role of teacher/mentor too. There is something special about taking an individual who; to begin with is unaware and unsure of their abilities, but who; with hard work and positive direction gradually blossoms into a competent, confident person who is both secure in their own ability but more importantly, is willing to share that knowledge as a team player.However, I maintain that in order to get the best from a person it is essential to see past their top layer, and in order to gain their confidence you must allow that person a look at what makes you tick also. It is not rocket science, just emotional intelligence.
