16+ years executive experience, leading fast-paced technology companies:- Managing Director of e4 UK. Based in London, as the business has grown, a full-time UK role working closely with UK mortgage lenders & other partners in the UK PropTech sector(from April 2022);- Head of e4 UK (& Chief Strategy Officer). Having relocated to the UK, I was focused on leading & growing the international business and assisting to drive the Group's strategy (with some oversight of the core SA business with the ExCo team in SA) (Aug 2021 to March 2022);- Chief Operations Officer of e4 group of companies. In this period, the group grew to ±400 staff including subsidiaries, with offices around South Africa and subsidiaries based in the UK, Australia, Mauritius and Namibia before it was refocused from around 2017 under new owners (July 2014 to July 2021). Prior to its’ re-branding to e4, I was with the e4 group as:* Managing Director of a start-up niche technology compliance company LAW Compliance (Jan 2011 to June 2014), which produced Stordoc, used today by every major mortgage lender in South Africa;* Previously joint Assistant Managing Director of LAW Property (‘LAW Property’), the main e4 business being technology provider to banking & legal industries (Aug 2007 to Dec 2010); and * Prior to August 2007, worked in the UK as a consultant to LAW Property, liaising with the major UK and Irish lenders (Feb 2005 to July 2007). - Previously I was a Mergers & Acquisitions corporate lawyer. I practised as a solicitor in the UK and prior to this as an attorney in South Africa.With vast leadership experience in the SaaS technology space, particularly in the PropTech, Banking, Data and Legal sectors, I focus on building and leading the teams of passionate, driven people that enjoy what they do every day.
