Software Support Consultant• Supporting all technical queries including W.A.N and L.A.N issues, creating and fixing Email accounts, diagnosing and fixing individual P.C issues.• Supporting issues with VPN, POS devices, mobile devices and web feeds• D.M.S support consultant investigating and highlighting problems with Car Dealership software including CRM, Parts, Workshop and Accounts support.• Capable of solving software issues and working closely with developers giving feedback and ideas.• Offering P.C and Software support to over 4,000 users via remote access and individual tuition via telephone.• Updating company intranet.• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 2000, XP ,Vista and Windows 7, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003, 2008 and Active Directory,• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 to 2010.• Good knowledge of computer peripherals e.g. printers.
