If that's you, then I can help.I specialise in digital and new media communications, cultivating and nurturing both internal and external stakeholder relationships and helping design and build products and services. I work using an evidence-based approach to find out what works, what doesn't and how to best use the materials at our disposal.My experience ranges from creating a social media strategy for a government department to creating an e-learning platform for two government departments transitioning to a new business model. I currently manage a transformation project to improve how 90,000 staff use and access over 100,000 pages of instructional content. It is a role that allows me to be creative whilst using my project management, stakeholder, digital and communications skills.I've often tackled situations that require a delicate and patient touch, I've managed stakeholder portfolios in the thousands and have managed those relationships with honesty and integrity when having to deliver difficult messages. I can ask the right questions and gather the right research to understand what is the best way to engage and land the product or change you are looking to bring in.I am an early adopter of new media and rising trends as I am passionate about learning new skills and succinctly passing that knowledge onto others.
