Due to management restructuring I had to step down from my supervisory role as I was not able to work at the team leader level and had to step down. I still complete many of the same tasks such as training staff, resolving customer complaints, defusing situations and some cash office responsibilities along with providing excellent customer service.

I Deal with customers queries and problems throughout shifts and also ensure that the customer's are able to leave satisfied and happy to return to the store in the future. I Complete the cash-up procedures on the Saturday night and ensure that the tills and other finances are accounted for and any errors are investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Whilst being a relief Till supervisor I have trained up new cashiers on how to use the till system and also helped to train new Till Supervisors how to complete the cash-up process along with how to monitor criminal activities through the PRIME system.

I provided excellent customer service whilst ensuring that all of the company's procedures were followed correctly and ensured that all of the strict health and safety protocols were followed throughout every shift that I was on. Whilst working on the tills I processed all financial transactions correctly and made sure that the services and customer feedback targets were made each week.
