My role is to ensure that the combined knowledge of the Directors, with respect to the creating of community, is integrated into our projects through our skilled and energetic team, capturing the vision and imagination of our Clients in a collaborative process. Integrated Design Group was established in 1999 and the combined knowledge of the directors exceeds 50 years, spanning projects like Aged Care, ILUs, Affordable and Social Housing, Groups homes, Student Housing, Conference Sites, Schools, Small lot housing, apartment buildings and commercial office. I also enjoy our consultancy role with the Dementia Centre, speaking at the Dementia Design Schools and being able to co-author design guides including Design Smart, the rating tool for environments that work for people with Dementia.

I am excited to learn about and contribute to the expanding Cycleways of Parramatta and the accessibility they offer a range of users.

Following attendance at the inaugural Dementia Design School run by the Dementia Centre, Sydney in September 2011, I was invited to join the team as a part-time architectural consultant assisting with Dementia Design Audits, Speaking at the Dementia Design School and assisting with Dementia Design Reviews for proposed and existing buildings. All reviews are completed through the Dementia Centre Sydney, with their full-time Consultants and utilising tools and resources developed by the Dementia Centre at Stirling University, Edinburgh and developed for our local context
