I was employed to assist in the National Health Service extensive hardware upgrade roll-out project updating the computers in GP doctor’s surgeries all across the UK. I was then asked to assist the support team in providing support for their IT systems.• Project installing card readers with and software onto all GP surgery PCs.• Hardware upgrade roll-out project involving performing system audits, preparing new equipment, and then installing new PCs and printers into the GP surgeries while retaining user data.• Hardware support of PCs, printers, servers and network devices.• Site migrations from leased line communications to VPN tunneling.• Support of clinical and desktop software.

Following a promotion, I provided 4th line support for the LAN and WAN network infrastructure and management of Microsoft servers.
