The Newman center is a chapel that ministers to the students at the University of Washington. Here, I am involved in a lot of project management by planning retreats, managing student ministry teams, and the Newman Center App. Our ministry is wide reaching and involves advertising, and planning presentations, organizing meeting times. I coordinated the relocation to a new remodeled facility and engaged with students and facility staff to ensure a quick transition. I developed a new app for Androids and iPhones, increased event and retreat attendance while maintaining budget and assisted the set-up and running of annual fundraiser serving 150+ attendees in order to support operation of the Newman Center.
