I am an IT professional who is diving deep into the cybersecurity world by exploring certifications and training programs. I most recently was part of an internship program at Entara, as part of their Incident response and Breach Remediation team.I have worked a helpdesk position at Ashland City Schools for 3 years servicing, managing, and repairing devices like laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, desktops, TVs, servers, and carts. I am used to working with ticketing systems and directly with clients, but I am flexible and can pick things up quickly.I acquired my Net+, A+, and ITF+ certifications while at the Ashland County West Holmes Career Center and expect to get the Network+ and Security+ certifications in the next year.
