Most recently I have spent 3 years as a business leader accountable for the Rotary Wing training of the UK Military Flying Training System.Some recent examples include:• Introduction of continuous improvement methodologies across teams to support data transparency, evidence-based decision making, and promote cross functional team performance.• Improving the performance of an under-resourced programme to restore operational output to required levels. This was achieved 5 months ahead of schedule, improved the forecast revenue by 11% exceeding stakeholder expectations.• I have exploited 2 additional markets (nuclear safety and Helicopter Emergency Services) with new product offerings by leveraging existing training resource. In addition, I have grown the customer base for the core training product into Europe.
