I am a transport consultant and Chartered Engineer having founded i-Transport LLP in 2005. I help companies and individuals get planning permissions or get their land allocated for development thereby realising the asset value of their land holdings. I have some 40 years of high quality experience in development planning, transport planning, transport assessments and infrastructure feasibility assessments. I am fully familiar with planning policy and highway design standards. I have been responsible for the successful completion of numerous transport studies for major private sector developments comprising mixed uses, residential, food retail, non-food retail, industrial, office and leisure land uses including major sports stadia and event centres both in the UK and overseas. I undertake client representations at a senior level, managing multi-disciplinary teams and concluding negotiations with Local Highway Authorities/National Highways/Transport for London/GLA. I have appeared as a professional witness on transport and infrastructure matters at numerous Public Inquiries. I have undertaken movement and sustainability studies at World Heritage sites and other tourist attractions. I have also published papers and organised training courses on transport planning topics.
