On behalf of Foolproof, I worked as a Design Lead on the NatWest Group Account, creating and facilitating Design Thinking training for Journey Developers (Product Owners) in Retail Banking.As well as up-skilling Journey Developers, the ‘Design Academy’ was used as a platform to communicate with Senior Management highlighting structural and process changes needed in order to fully embrace Design Thinking and change ways of working.Our knowledge and expertise was consequently used to inform the skills matrix and role description for Journey Developers going forward.
