I lead the team responsible for compiling and presenting the Group annual budget and 5-year strategic plan, including cash flow forecasting and planning. Also lead preparation and communication of financial results to key business stakeholders, including the Group's board, shareholders and lenders. The role was also responsible for overseeing group capital structure and debt covenant monitoring and optimisation, as well as, the financial analysis of the Group's capital investment initiatives (assessing existing estate investments and potential new franchise partner opportunities).
