My main duties and responsibilities as a PC Analyst include the processing and investigatory analysis of various computing devices and operating systems using a variety of tools and methods; then reporting my findings in whichever manner the client requested. Additionally, whenever off-site imaging, triaging or analysis is required it is expected that I am able to assist.Beyond this, I handle customer facing roles when contacting clients or assisting with evidential viewings.

During my role as Analyst Support Technician I was responsible for the imaging, triaging and processing of exhibits, as well as communicating any case specific details to an analyst.I also provided training to new staff within the imaging lab and assisted in the validation of laboratory hardware and software to an ISO17025 standard.
