One of the great benefits of this work is the ability to search for and extract deleted data to allow the data to be viewed using an electronic discovery platform. The deleted space is where key data can be stored that is often missed with most e-disclosure platforms. Another aspect of my role is assisting clients with the review of data using FTK. This face to face technical partnership with clients has given me a great insight into how none forensically trained individuals see files data. This has ultimately given me the skills to provide an end to end clear and transparent service to clients of all technical levels.I am also involved with the ISO17025 accreditation on all areas of our business. The accreditation has really fortified our procedures and documentation. This has ultimately had a strengthening effect on all aspects of our work and we are able to give our customers great confidence in our investigations on behalf of them. This has become ever more important over the last few years as both the courts and individuals become more computer savvy and have a greater understanding of electronic investigation matters at hand.
