Project Engineer- Proposing design solutions ensuring the mechanical integrity of custom-made railway transformers based on FEA simulation results (fatigue assessment of welded and bolted structures, dynamic coupling behavior, resilient mountings, random vibrations, etc.). - Negotiating with customers on technical CbCs to reach agreement on simulation and test methodology to obtain the customer validation of the transformer mechanical integrity report.- Providing risk assessment of the mechanical integrity of faulty products based on simulations and proposing reasonable efficient corrective actions.- Managing experimental qualification test by providing tests specifications, on-site technical support and results report validations. FEM Expert - Head of Simulation- Adapting FEA process to increase the department efficiency when collaborating with other internal departments, suppliers and customers. Updating and improving simulation methodology by implementing lessons learned from experimental test and new customer requirements. - Delivering training and technical expertise to the local FEA team and other departments.
