CCA Direct Dialogue - A small call centre company working on behalf of BTWorking in a Call Centre within a target driven environment, I was responsible for: • Managing a high volume of incoming customer calls relating to technical issues and purchases.• Outbound Sales promoting BT products and getting people to upgrade.• Writing letters to clients and entering details on the database • Data Entry of a high number of customer orders. I worked in a large team and was targeted to process 40 orders an hour and with accuracy.

After leaving Drama School I decided to embark on my acting career as I had aspired to work in theatre having caught the acting bug when I first went to University. Between July 2004- November 2006 I was actively working in Theatre and Film pursuing my career as an actor and appeared in productions of: A Midsummer Night’s Dream; The Merry Wives of Windsor; The Canterville Ghost, The Proposal and was also involved in a number of short independent films and work as an extra in a feature film, a music video and 2 adverts. I decided to quit as I was no longer satisfied with the lack of money that I was earning as well as being overall dissatisfied with the way my career was going.
