My main responsibilities are ensuring that the students English is advancing through communicative exercises and activities. I also run a book club and help organize the teachers' theatre group.

My duties were overseeing the structure and the curriculum of the company. I was also in charge of staff management. I oversaw their classes and pinpointed what their strengths were and highlighted their weaknessess and how they could improve them. During this time I also ran one of the academies and taught some classes.

My responibilities were the day to day running of the academy. I had to increment student numbers as well as keeping quality control of the teachers' classes to a high standard. I was also responsible for the cashbox and making sure that the money in the cashbox was correct and deposit any cash into the bank. Also, I was responsible for making sure that all the paperwork for the academy was correct and in order.

To prepare materials for the classes which were aimed at 6-18 year olds as well as some adult classes. I also had to prepare student reports and report to my Director on a regular basis about my class plans.

En el puesto de Ejecutivo de cuentas tuve una cartera de clientes de una zona que tuvo que mantener y también ampliar el red de clientes para maximizar las ventas de la empresa. Tuve que formar agentes para que tenían el información suficiente sobre los productos de la empresa para que pudieran venderlos.

En el puesto de Comercial de sala mis principales funciones eran en atender los clientes que entraban por la sala, enseñarles los productos de la empresa y hacer ventas. Otras funciones eran en mantener la sala ordenado y limpio.
