Responsibilities:- Setting up the Pastel Accounting System in the Office and link up with the Warehouse as well as the Showroom for monitoring the Stock Inventory, Cost of Goods and Sales activities.- Liaison with the Freight Forwarder for the Incoming Shipment from Suppliers and Exporting Shipment to Customers.- Supervising the Customer Coordinator and Deliveryman for the delivery schedule and Route as the Customer and Sale Person requested.

Responsibilities:- Setting up the Production Plant to manufacture the Panel Systems and Seating Products.- Contact, discussion and negotiation with the Clients for the Orders, Pricing of the Products as well as the terms of Payment and agreement.- Supervising the Workers to meet the Delivery Schedule as the Orders required.- Setting up a Quality Control and Checking System in the Production line to monitor and inspect the Quality of the Products to meet the Client’s Specification.- Supervising the Installation Workers to set up the Office Furniture according to the Client’s Floor plan and schedule.- Monitoring the stock inventory for all components and raw material to provide a smooth flow of process in the Production Line.- Carry out the Cost Analysis and Control as well as producing the Price List on the Standard and Special Products by using MS Excel Software.- Carry out the administrative work, recruitment and provide the training to the new worker as required.- Managing the cash flow of the Factory.- Producing the Report for Annual Budget for the Factory and the Accounting Document.- Liaison with the Suppliers and Vendors on the delivery schedule of the Raw Materials and Components that is required in the production process.

Supervising the Warehouse Staff to maintain the Level of Safety on the stock inventory for all components and raw material to provide a smooth flow on the Production Line.7. Supervising the Administrative Staff on the administrative work, recruiting and providing the training to the new Staff and workers.8. Managing the cash flow of the Factory.9. Producing the Report for Annual Budget for the Factory and presenting to the Managing Director.10. Supervising the Installation Staff to delivery and setting up the System Furniture (according to the Client’s Floor Plan) to meet the Client’s schedule and requirement.3. Supervising the Purchaser on placing the Order to the Suppliers and Vendors for the Parts and Raw Materials to meet the Delivery Schedule of each Project as well as Stock Control of each Component.4. Supervising the Production Staff to produce the Furniture on time to meet the Delivery Schedule of each Project.5. Liaison with the Shipping Department on the schedule of each shipment from the overseas Suppliers.6. Negotiating best Price of the Raw Material and Components with the local and overseas Suppliers.

Responsibility:-1. Designing new Desk Systems with Plastic and Metal Accessories and components. 2. Setting up the Specification and Tolerance for all Components on the Desk System.3. Investigation and elevation of the problems on the Desk Products which is arising from the Production Defect as well as Design Fault. Finding out suitable solutions to solving the Problems.4. Supervising the Draughtsman to producing a Detail Engineering Drawing for all the Components of the Desk Products on the Personal Computer by using AutoCad R12.5. Supervising the Woodwork Master to producing a Product Sample to test and modify a New Design Concept, which may be applied to the Desk System. 6. Training an Assistance Product Engineer to build up the knowledge of Production, Design and Product Development in the Office Furniture Field.7. Designing jigs and fixtures for the Production Department which are improving the Production Processes as well as reducing the duration and cost.8. Designing Inspection Tools for the Quality Control Department to inspect the dimension tolerance of the in-house manufacturing components as well as the incoming material and parts during the Inspection Processes.9. Negotiating with the better Price of the Raw Material and Components with the Suppliers which is from locally or overseas.10. Setting-up the Specification, Drawing and Delivery lead-time with the Vendors for the Components, which should be localised to reduce the Cost as well as increase the availability of the Components.11. Evaluation and Comparison of the Cost for the New Design Concepts. Creating a Bill of Material (B.O.M.) on the existing Product Range to visualise the Cost of Material to assisting the Production Department and Managing Director to analysis the Profile and Loss of each Product.
