About Simona Dinu

✨I am a public service coach, leader, teacher and writer. My Why:❤️I believe that we all deserve to enjoy our life including our work. Through my presence, my professional roles and my interactions, I want to open up unexpected possibilities so that more people can live consciously and intentionally as their true selves. I strive above all else for freedom in my life to choose what I want unencumbered by expectations and rules.✨As the founder of Connect to Grow, I am on a mission to grow the number of public service leaders who lead in an awakened state and live in alignment with their values so that we can all benefit as members of communities.I add value through coaching, facilitation, mentoring, teaching and writing. As a Certified Executive Coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, I help public service leaders achieve their goals so that they can more effectively serve their communities. I help leaders and organizations create clarity and take aligned action using the 3 foundational elements: self-awareness; mindset and energy management. We build systems that create results.Regardless of job title, anyone can be a leader. My practice is focused on public service leaders, yet everything I share can be applied to a variety of environments.✨After over two decades of work in public service, I bring extensive experience in strategic service design and development, community engagement, policy development and organizational learning. 📝My key words are: intention; deliberate action; consistency.❤️The impact I desire is to raise the consciousness of leaders so they can treat themselves well and care deeply for those they lead. As they lift them up, support their dreams and provide opportunities for growth, we all get to enjoy our life and work. Our workplaces and communities transform one action at a time.
