Connect to Grow is about connecting people and ideas to facilitate growth. ✨Founded by Simona Dinu in 2023, Connect to Grow is a dream come true. It was envisioned to create a unique space for public service leaders to develop, learn, build community and achieve unexpected possibilities. As founder of Connect to Grow, Simona Dinu adds value to public service leaders and organizations through a focused set of services. Those are created in a holistic way that combines her eclectic set of skills, experience and education to offer lasting results. ✨Simona works with leaders from the inside out to help them awaken their true selves and achieve business results in organizations. She brings curiosity and empathy as she partners with them on their journey to achieve mental and emotional strength. Services offered are: ✅Intentional Results: Shift your consciousness through a unique experience that integrates learning and coaching for maximum impact. 3 months virtual program Weekly small group learning sessions Six 1 hour 1-on-1 coaching sessions ✅1-on-1 coaching Focus is on long-term excellence. It builds clarity, capacity and effectiveness. Commitment of at least 6 sessions spread over approximately 3 months. Much learning and growth happens between the coaching sessions. ✅360° Narrative Feedback and Coaching Holistic 360° feedback model 30 minute interviews with identified feedback providers Report outlining themes and 1-3 development opportunities Six 1 hour 1-on-1 coaching sessions ✅Workshops and Webinars Periodically delivered in partnership with an organization (such as Intentional Decisions offered in collaboration with Ontario Library Service) or custom created on a specific topic or for a specific audience.
