- Part of OUIT EDAS (Education, Development Automation and Support) organization, providing direct technical support to customers, partners, instructors and individuals to resolve issues reported when taking Oracle University training.- Infrastructure monitoring and resolution through QA (quality assurance) processes- Developing new lab environments using Oracle Cloud technologies.- Monitoring , reporting bugs and escalating issues in automation tools such as Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins- Contributing to new project initiatives, typically as part of a virtual team- Performing pro active server verification to ensure readiness of Linux & Solaris based grid environments.- Performance tuning, Web server administration, allocating SAN storage - Proactive maintenance for the Oracle Education VM Grid, Cloud, and Desktop infrastructure. - Creating special environments on Fusion , Right Now and Exalogic platforms - Creating documentation in form of internal wiki - Root cause analysis documents in collaboration with stakeholders and management- Coordinate problem resolution activities across multiple teams- Identify and drive resolution of corrective actions across multiple teams and time zones- Perform daily system monitoring GRAFANA , verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs- Conduct, document, participate in and monitor problem investigations and discovery- Identifying standards deviations through active and passive monitoring, escalating to appropriate support groups.- Perform daily QA ( Quality Assurance) activities via remote access to identify , resolve or escalate system issues which may impact service readiness .
