Acting as consultant and interface between all Business areas (like Loans, Customers, Risk, Compliance, Legal) and IT departments; Providing business consultancy for internal clients for all project phases in IT, in order to achieve business objectives;Performing business analysis and project management activities for all change initiatives allocated;Creating and maintaining the standard documentation for project plan, business requirements and training materials.

- Acting as consultant and interface between external customers and internaldepartments, for in-house developed applications (OMNi eBusiness Suite) andCRM Dynamics;- Participating in all project phases: Analysis, Design, Testing, Training, Post-implementation support;- Creating and maintaining the standard documentation for business requirements,design specification and training materials.

- Acting as interface between Business and IT departments; - Providing business consultancy for internal clients for all project phases in IT, in order to achieve business objectives;- Performing business requirements elicitation, analyzing the need of the internal client, describing the present and the desired solution, mitigation of gaps between requirements and solutions;- Modeling business process, AS-IS and TO-BE;- Creating and maintaining the standard documentation for business requirements.- Participating in commercial and regulatory projects like Number Portability, New Prepaid products implementation, Segmentation of Vodafone business customers, CRM transformation – Siebel implementation.

- Elaborating the Business Requirements document in the analysis phase of the project, ensuring that all the functional or non-functional requirements are identified, according to the project methodology.- Organizing/participating in analysis workshops in order to elicit the business requirements, and translating them into IT specific language according to the IT strategy and architecture.- Facilitating communication between Business ( internal customers) and IT - Collaborating with IT Architects in order to identify IT impacted systems and mapping business requirements to these systems.- Participating in projects related to Siebel applications:CRM On Demand, Siebel SFA.

- Creation of the test plan documents, the acceptance test scenarios (based on the applications functional specifications); - Planning test periods, in accordance with client’s requests; - Responsible for the creation and configuration of the test environments; - Conformance tests of Nortel’s switches/routers; - Errors analyzing, reporting them and tracking their status; - Create / maintain the end-user documentation (manuals);
