Main duties in this position are: keeping employees files up to date, providing administrative support to HR team and the management, liaising with the new candidates, presenting to new applicants the company’s selection procedures, sending and chasing references, answering queries face to face and via phone, arranging interviews and meetings with candidates, administrate the workforce etc.

Whilst in this position I undertook duties like: postal admin, document archiving, document reproduction (responsible for all document hard copies, collation and binding; local delivery), keep the general office tidy, serve refreshments and arrange the conference room for meetings
