Integrated an additional partner external team into the network management and increased funding to extend reach and services taking it to a team of 14 under my leadership. Advised on changes to knowledge transfer strategy to improve the exploitation of NPL’s involvement in network activities.

Carried out opportunity evaluation for a security surveillance technology idea combining software & hardware. Led negotiations with partners to develop and demonstrate a prototype. Developed and secured funding for a pilot national investment competition that provided mentoring and business plan development support. Finalists pitched to an investor panel with several subsequently securing investment.
