Right Angle Studio is a placemaking, design, research and strategy studio with the important goal of understanding and improving life in our cities. As well as running a successful studio, RAS also owns and operates a cinema called Golden Age and a health and wellbeing business called Paramount Recreation Club.Working alongside creative, sales and account management departments, my responsibilities are to develop, propose and execute on a wide range of client solutions. I executed design briefs from concept through to development with a high level of detail and quality. My other responsibilities included managing project workflows and designers to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects that ran on time and to budget.

Golden Age Cinema and BarSenior Designer2016—PresentGolden Age Cinema & Bar is located in the underground screening room of the former Paramount Pictures building. It’s known for its independent programming and amazing cocktail list. As it was a subsiderary company of Right Angle Studio, I was responsible for the branding and communication solutions for a wide a range of collateral that included a new website, film and music programs, merhcandise and bar menus. I worked alongside the marketing department to evaulate and redesign the website with the user experience at the forefront. Since the redesign there has been a significant increase in users and session times resulting in increased ticket sales.

I’ve completed a range of freelance projects for small businesses wanting to develop and expand their brand. My clients include Richard Harris Architects, Badlands & Co Florists and Dan O’Donovan Architects. Freelancing has developed my ability to work autonomously.

Scharp is a specialty property marketing and 3D visualisation studio servicing Melbourne & Sydney.While working at Scharp I was responsible for leading the design direction and marketing collateral for many new built residential apartments. I worked closely with the CEO and senior designer to produce all client assets. These included designing websites, brochures, signage, wayfinding and promotional pieces, art directing campaign photography and styling renders.

DesignInc is a Architectural firm that focuses on delivering high quality sustainable architecture and infrastructure.At DesignInc I’ve been responsible for producing a series of design and marketing initiatives to support DesignInc’s internal and external marketing and communication strategies including brand development, reports, brochures, presentations, submissions, way-finding, environmental design and promotional pieces.

Cox Architecture originated in 1962 as a partnership between Philip Cox and Ian McKay. Today Cox Architecture is one of Australia’s largest national architectural companies with offices throughout Australia and the rest of the world.I was responsible for providing high-level design solutions for the public affairs communications team. Working closely with the communications manager, Directors and project Architects to produce a number of external and internal focused marketing initiatives. As the graphic designer I was responsible for the direction and design of a large range of diverse projects across all media from concept to delivery these include: Brand identities, Reports, Booklets, Brochures, Award submissions, Competition Boards, Power point presentations, Promotional pieces, Environmentaland Way-finding design for stadia and educational facilities. I handled Expressions of Interest and tenders from inception through to delivery coordinating with architects and directors to insure deadlines were always meet.Achievements:• Designed the internal template for tender submissions successfully creating a more efficient and streamlined process.• Working closely with the directors and public affair team I developed a consistent brand look across our sector booklets that are used extensively in marketing for new clients.• Implemented and maintained Open Asset, a project description and image database, resulting in improved accessibility for the public affairs communication department and architects to use as a national resource.
