These emails analyse each individual user’s engagement behaviour and automatically adjust the frequency of their emails. They dynamically pull content in to create unique emails for each user based on their profile. I also have several emails that are triggered by user behaviour on our platform. Where appropriate, we also send traditional static emails to a relevant audience.Alongside our outcome focused work, we were also responsible for delivering sponsored emails on behalf of our clients. This often presented a challenge as client’s would focus on their individual short-term goals – I needed to balance this revenue stream with our overall engagement and wider business objectives. I created several solutions to achieve this balance, such as replacing large solus emails with longer-term drip campaigns, where emails were sent out over a number of weeks and, ultimately, generated more engagement. -
