I undertook a thorough review, analysis and testing of each sales process along with credit decisions (including conditions of lending) leading to a review decision to ensure balanced and fair & reasonable redress was offered. I led the delivery of the remediation outcomes, including face to face meetings with customers and their advisors. This role also involved extensive stakeholder management experience including Bank Executives and the Skilled Person as a representative of the FCA.Royal Bank of Scotland - Senior File Reviewer. Forensic review into the provision of facilities under the Enterprise Finance Guarantee Loan Scheme to the Bank's SME customers. Reviewing the procedure leading up to the loan being drawn and subsequent actions undertaken under the facility.
