This entails bringing together diverse operations and to standardise where possible with input from experts from across the business. This included blueprinting our operations and designing the system and now has moved into managing the change process as well as testing of the new system and finally deployment across the regions.As a process lead, I was entrusted with the authority of senior managers who are the process owners to make decisions with their backing that will affect how we operate in future. The change the project will give the company will include standardisation, more smooth and paperless processes through the use of digital, portable devices. Show less

I developed communications skills with staff and customers and learned a great deal about how to manage teams and resolve conflict.My responsibilities included helping manage the office and depot staff as well as supporting them.I was entrusted with projects such as managing new acquisitions or contracts through adding information to the system and coordinating deployment or collection of containers. These projects sometimes spanned several depots and many different customer sites. Once completed I often managed the accounts to ensure a high level of service to key customers, providing a single point of contact for efficient service; through this I was able to build valuable relationships with these customers.
