In this role, I directly supported the Managing Director (MD), Head of APAC Core Infra Services (CIS). I monitored and contributed to strategic projects that involve creation and oversight of multifaceted teams. Additionally, I advised, supported and coordinated/ collaborated on initiatives for the MD, this required balancing and influencing multiple competing priorities and senior staffs. I ensured smooth operations of the MD’s Business Office function (includes administrative supports), and provided leadership for organizational change management initiatives, project management and program development on behalf of the MD as his delegate

I provided business management and operational support to all CFT APAC teams (> 500 staffs) and Global CRM CoE team (>100 staffs) in areas of Strategy and People Agenda, HR/ Workforce Management, Communications and Risk/ BCM Management, and Financial Management (for CRM CoE Only). In addition, I have acted as global coordinator for the implementation and enforcement of the CFT Location Strategy Framework across CFT globally (> 1500 staffs in 7 Technological Functions spread across 15 locations). Assisted in the development and produced the monthly Location Strategy Management Deck with accompanied MI which assisted Functional and Global Leads in making strategic location decisions

As the APAC team manager for Sales and IBD Services Group, I managed the regional client facing level one business support / user training support engineers across 3 locations - Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, serving primarily front office users from Global Distribution / Sales and Investment Banking divisions. I was responsible for the application / service management of 3 applications suites (developed by Sales IBD IT, part of Client Facing Technology)i. Sales Analytic and CRM applicationsii.
