I am responsible for the management of the Training Centre's administration and oversee the management of the Sligo and Ballina Training Centre's resources across the Human Resources, Finance, Employer Engagement, Technology Enhanced Learning and ICT Functions.

Acting Skills for Work Regional CoordinatorIn my role as the Skills for Work Regional Co-Ordinator my responsibilities include programme planning, monitoring and the successful implementation of the programme for the region. I liaise with the National Co-ordinator to ensure successful planning and implementation of the Skills for Work Programme in relation to curriculum issues, teaching/learning programmes, learner support, learner recruitment, transfer and progression, assessment and sharing of best practice.

I have worked with the Donegal ETB as a tutor for the last 8 years.
