• Lead Project Manager for a range of global projects introducing and improving digital forensics systems and processes for law enforcement agencies.
• Led the design and implementation of a digital transformation process, including moving services to the Cloud, for a partnership of 5 English police services’ – the first project of its’ kind in the UK.

• Designed, implemented and led a new, specialist counter terrorism unit considering and utilising the digital forensic capability for all suspicious activity around UK ports.
• Established the unit as the national lead in digital forensic intelligence; delivered briefings and presentations at the most senior levels (including Ministers of State) and across the UK.
• Sat on the National Policy Group as a technical expert and acknowledged as the national lead for CT Digital Forensics at the UK Border.
