Originally joined to provide direction and expertise for B + Cs win onto the OGC Buying Solution's Catalist framework One Stop Shop - Specialist Contractors. With strategic and operational responsibility for UK-wide Government & Public Sector recruitment, I was responsible for the overhaul of the division and driving it to become the most successful team in the company. Drove B + C to become one of the very top tier of staffing providers in this area.

With no previous track record, TPS became one of the most competitive agencies supplying IT/PPM into central government.
