Systems Architect- High availability design and implementation. Involving internal network designs, application clustering and OS level failover systems to ensure there is minimum downtime.- DR strategy implementation and testing.- Security analysis and maintenance.- Management of PCI DSS annual audits.Senior Developer- Software Design documentation and process management.- Manage Development team effectively to ensure a stable, high performance system is maintained and release dates are adhered to.- Work as part of the Development team developing applications and bank / third party systems integrations.- Lead the mobile development strategy with design and implementation of cutting edge mobile platform payment systems.- Manage the QA team with designing test plans and harnesses. Organise delivery of product to QA in our Agile development lifecycle.- Control management for releases, issue tracking and source control.
