This is a performance management tool that measures relative performance of key suppliers, regional deployment teams and even the management team. This Figure of Merit Dashboard, is a means of ensuring "excellent execution" and has seen results in improved predictability, faster delivery of our network, improved quality with fewer defects that are resolved more quickly and shorter mast outages as we upgrade. -
