I oversaw an accelerated period of revenue growth to achieve 136% over target sales growth, then took the opportunity to take a planned career break.In 2021, I was approached by the CEO of Schroders Personal Wealth to take responsibility for 500 staff and spearhead a programme of sales growth to transform an underperforming business to achieve sales targets of £1BN of new funds under management on an Interim basis.
