I have a 27+ year career within catering with the latter near 15 years at senior management level. With my current position as Operations Manager for Franco Manca opening all new sites in the North of the UK in cities Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh x2, Manchester x4, Glasgow and Lincoln. Previous to this I took the lead in several varying concepts within Living Ventures including several new openings. My longest period being with the Gusto Italian brand overseeing 19 restaurants and bars and reporting directly to the Operations and Managing Directors. I have a wealth of skills, knowledge and expertise I have gained within restaurants and bars and the commitment I must deliver an exceptional customer service whilst adhering to set deadlines, targets and business objectives.
