In the last 3 years as Inventory Officer I improved my skills related to the logistic management and budget administration. The on bord operations in many different parts of the world gave me the chance to push my limits forward, by better organizing the work load to respect the many deadlines given, to increase my leadership to improve the performance of the entire department, to experience many and different critical situations and the best way to approach and overcome them.On board experience is given me, also, the opportunity to work on my resilience, by adapting myself to the continues changes I have to face during the contracts (itineraries, coworkers, etc..).
