Office Administration• Payroll using depoel/etips timesheets – adding and booking new candidates to the website – up to 150 people payrolled per week• STNET – Setting up candidates/clients on the system and utilising STNET to track Availability, Absences, Skills management• TNA Hand Scan System – setting new starters up on the system and also logging the reports for payroll• Weekly costing reports that ARE sent to Site Manager and head office• Checking in staff across 3 shifts• Chasing up absences and reporting them on the absence KPI tracker• Reporting any absences/lateness to Argos Managers• Attending daily management meetings to report and discuss daily figures and problems• Issuing performance and absence strikes• Completing Return to Work interviews with staff• Advertising, recruitment and phone interviews to keep an up to date availability list.• Managing and processing holidays for all staff• Maintaining personnel records and files, both paper and electronic, in areas such as contracts, wages, training and leavers. • Planning shift rota’s, while fulfilling client requests and demand• Understanding and Managing the SD contract and the AWR Regulations

Order Picking – following specific store ordersPacking jewellery in boxes ensuring presentation was correctProcessing excess stock returns which involved diamond testing, hallmarking and a full QC check before returning them to pick.Processing damages – ensuring all returns go back to the correct supplier by following a stock listing and specs book.Batching Jewellery boxes to the correct item and quantityJewellery and Watch Binning – replenishing stock levels by using a demand sheet and an overflow system
