* Examining, diagnosing, and treating orthodontic problems such as Class I, II, or III malocclusions with the possible situations: Transverse variations (uni or bilateral anterior and or posterior crossbite); Vertical variations (uni or bilateral anterior and or posterior open bite, deep bite); Anteroposterior variations (disharmony of bone bases, accentuated horizontal dental overbite); Individual dental anomalies; * Providing orientation on health, hygiene and oral prophylaxis, prevention of diseases that affect the mouth and maxillofacial region;  Supervising the work of the Oral Health Technician (TSB) and Oral Health Auxiliary (ASB).

* Supporting and being part of the outpatient case management team; * Performing patient care and monitoring, performing consultations, exams, diagnoses, or other procedures to promote the restoration of health, issuing reports, and updating medical records and other documents related to their area of expertise.* Examining the teeth and oral cavity to verify the presence of cavities and other affections, working on identifying affections as to extent and depth, establishing diagnosis and treatment plan, and applying anesthesia and anesthetic drugs to promote comfort and facilitate the execution of treatment. * Extracting roots and teeth, using instruments to prevent infection in addition to restoring cavities to restore tooth form and function; * Performing prophylactic cleaning of teeth and gums, extracting tartar to prevent the establishment of foci of infection. * Collecting, storing, and ensuring the reliability of the information and data collected for the composition of management reports. * Developing actions of prevention, promotion, protection, and rehabilitation of health, at the individual and collective level; * Coordinating, planning, executing and evaluating health care activities related to specific problems * Developing educational actions at a specific time; * Participating in technical meetings; * Issuing sanitary opinions; * Conducting sanitary inquiries and other studies in the field of environment.

* Working in the prevention, maintenance, and rehabilitation of the oral health of children and adolescents; * Carrying out first aid care in emergencies for the child population; * Treating dental cavities, periodontal disease, malocclusions, congenital malformations, neoplasms, and others, together with the multidisciplinary team of the polyclinic; * Performing lingual frenectomy surgeries in infants from 0 to 6 months, rehabilitating the infants together with the speech therapy professional * Supervising the work of the Oral Health Technician (TSB) and the Oral Health Auxiliary (ASB) * Coordinating the collective actions aimed at the promotion and prevention of oral health for a specific population;

* Working in a multi-professional team in articulation with the various levels of care in the municipality's health system; * Managing, planning, researching, analyzing, and carrying out actions in the social area in a perspective of inter/transdisciplinary work and community action; * Performing clinical consultations and group activities in the FHU and, when indicated or necessary, at home and in other community spaces (schools, associations, among others); * Performing diagnoses to obtain the epidemiological profile for planning and programming in oral health; * Carrying out oral health care (health promotion and protection, prevention of diseases, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, rehabilitation, and health maintenance) individually and collectively to all families and specific groups, according to the team's planning, with resoluteness; * Performing primary oral health care clinical procedures such as fillings, cleanings, and extractions, including emergency care. * Performing programmed activities and attention to spontaneous demand;  Contributing to, carrying out, and participating in the continuing education activities of all the team members; * Accompanying, supporting, and developing activities related to oral health with the other members of the team, seeking to approximate and integrate health actions in a multidisciplinary way; * Performing technical supervision of the Oral Health Technician (TSB) and Oral Health Auxiliary (ASB); * Participating in the management of the necessary supplies for the proper functioning of the USF (Family Health Unit); * Orienting and caring for the preservation and safekeeping of devices, instruments, or equipment used in their specialty, observing their correct use * Participating in technical meetings and with the community * Notifying patients with suspected diseases and compulsory notification * Performing actions of Health Education to specific groups and families at risk, as planned by the Health Team

* Responsible for urgent and emergency dental care, working 24-hour shifts in order to ease the pain of people who showed up with acute dental problems; * Performing emergency dental procedures such as coronary opening, dressing, root canal medication, provisional dental sealing, abscess drainage, intra and extra oral sutures, and dental trauma care, among other things; * Supervising the work of the Oral Health Technician (TSB) and Oral Health Auxiliary. (ASB).

* Technically responsible for the office so that it complies with ethics and observes the standards imposed by the health surveillance in order to ensure dignified, safe, and salubrious working conditions; * Performing dental procedures in several areas of clinical performance, such as restorative dentistry, periodontics, and surgery, besides the emphasis on orthodontic care * Manage the work team, planning, delegating, and accompanying everyone in the exercise of the function; * Performing the financial organization of the dental clinic, with the elaboration of a monthly budget and the management of the cash flow * Managing the clinic's stock and consumable materials
