As clinical research coordinator in the hematology department I have worked along side Principal Investigators, physicians, study nurses and patients in order to comply with phase I, II and III clinical research protocols. Main Tasks:- Management and archiving of study documentation, source documents and Trial Master File;- Management and coordination with operating units involved in the study for radiological investigations and blood samplings;- Data management and eCRF mantainance;- Oral Drug dispensing and accountability;- Relationship with the patients and tablet management;- Management and reporting of serious adverse events;- Collaboration with Clinical Research Associate for Site initiation Visit, Monitoring Visit and GCP compliance verification.

12 months training in laboratory techniques at LNCIB, with focus on mammary cancer cells, mouse derived mammary organoids and patient derived breast tumor organoids. My Master's degree training required the application of the following procedures:- Cancer cells coltures (MDA-MB-231, U251, H12-99, SUM 149, BT549)- Cell transfection (Reverse and forward with siRNA and plasmid DNA)- Western Blot- Colony formation assay- Cell viability assay (ATP Lite)- Plasmid DNA extraction from bacterial cultures- Immunoprecipitation- Mammary organoids coltures
