Fubles is a young startup that allowed me to acquire different skills and play different roles, increasing from time to time competences and responsibilities. I started with the task to expand from zero the Community in a specific city – Padua, that I was able to make one of the most active of the site with more than 100 matches played every month – to receive the responsibility of the entire Community (becoming Community Manager), providing user support, acting as a moderator, making activities of bug fixing and translations, helping the technical department in the development and implementation of sections of the website and organizing and managing special events live (in particular with Adidas, Kellogg's Extra and Chronotech); this last experience helped me to improve my organizational skills and gave me a chance to get in touch directly with people, for once without going through a computer.
