Project manager for the local start-up: management of all the company projects on technical side, coordinating resources both in Brazil and Italy.- Handling of the activities and involved division and responsibility of the success of project.- Definition of the projects greed in order to schedules, plan, and run all the activities.- Technical coordination and leadership for staff and team leadership.- New project responsibility (designs, development, technical documentation and implementation).- Product quality control (test, debug and improvements) In order to managed at best all the technical aspects and developments activities. - Management relationships with internal and the external stockholders (such as content providers, Network operators...).- Responsible for all the phases of the Company projects: from the marketing requirements to the go to market (including feasibility, timing analysis, cost, analysis development, delivery, QA , PAT and PAC).- Providing project management plans, with Resource planning details, Cost calculation and Risk Evaluation in order to fulfill the Company expectation.
